This Privacy Policy explains what information AirPool Event Rentals ("we", "us") collects when you use this website to book chair and table rentals, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Booking & contact details you provide: name, email, phone, event dates and times, item quantities, and your event or delivery address.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it directly.
Booking technical details: when you book, we record your IP address and browser type (also as a record of your acceptance of the rental agreement), the ad or link that brought you to the site (campaign tags and Google or Meta ad-click IDs), and Meta's browser cookie IDs if your browser has them.
Usage & device data: analytics and advertising data via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel. You can opt out (see Cookies & tracking).

How we use it

To create and manage your booking, take payment, and — if an item is lost, stolen, or returned damaged beyond repair — charge its replacement cost to the card on file.
To send messages about your booking: confirmation and pickup emails, a reminder if you start a booking and don't finish it, and a review request after your event (via Resend), plus SMS alerts and reminders (via Twilio).
To calculate delivery distance and fees for delivery orders (via the Google Distance Matrix and Mapbox address lookup).
To measure site performance and whether our ads lead to bookings, and to help Google and Meta show our ads to people likely to book, unless you opt out. For this, when you book we send Google your email address and phone number, and Meta your email address, phone number, name, and (for deliveries) city, state, and ZIP code, all in hashed (one-way scrambled) form. Meta also receives your IP address, browser type, its cookie and ad-click IDs, and your booking's total and items, so it can match your booking to an ad you saw. Neither receives your card details.

Cookies & tracking

Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your login session) are always used. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta) are on by default. Turning them off in (in the site footer and menu), or browsing with Global Privacy Control on, stops all of it in that browser: no Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel event is sent, the Google tag isn't loaded on later visits, and we don't send your booking to Google or Meta. Opting out does not affect your ability to book.

Sharing

We share data only with companies that run parts of the service for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Google (maps, analytics, advertising and our booking calendar), Mapbox (address lookup) and Cloudflare (website delivery and security). We also share booking data with Meta for advertising, as described above. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep booking and customer records, and the messages we sent you, as our business, tax and accounting records. Nothing deletes them on a schedule; you can ask us to delete yours (see Your rights).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies, or turn them back on, at any time in . To make a request, contact us via the contact page.
