This Privacy Policy explains what information Premium Rentals HQ ("we", "us") collects when you use this website to book chair and table rentals, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Booking & contact details you provide: name, email, phone, event dates, item quantities, and (for delivery) your delivery address.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it directly.
- Usage & device data (only with your consent): analytics and ad-measurement data via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To create and manage your booking, take payment, and — if items are lost, stolen, or returned damaged — charge the card on file for the documented repair or replacement cost.
- To send transactional messages — confirmation and pickup emails (via Resend) and SMS alerts/reminders (via Twilio).
- To calculate delivery distance and fees for delivery orders (via the Google Distance Matrix and Mapbox address lookup).
- With consent, to measure site performance and advertising effectiveness.
Cookies & tracking
Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your login session) are always used. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta) load only after you acceptvia our cookie banner, and you can decline. Declining does not affect your ability to book.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service — Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Google and Mapbox (maps/analytics/ads). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Booking and customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data. To make a request, contact us via the contact page.
