Normal wear and tear is fine and never charged. If an item is damaged beyond repair, we charge its replacement cost to the card on file. We ask that you notify us immediately of any damage so we can work with you fairly.

Normal wear and tear on linens is fine and isn't charged. Please don't wash them: just shake them out and return them. A linen that is lost, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear (such as a burn, tear or hole), is $25, charged to the card you paid with.

Yes — you are responsible for the items from the time you receive them until they are returned to us. Stolen or lost items are charged to the card on file at replacement cost. For large events, we recommend having a designated person monitor the rental items.
